Single Membership: $50 per year, **$2.08 per pay period
Benefits of this level of membership include one admission ticket to the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony.
 
Couples Membership: $100 per year, **$4.17 per pay period
Benefits of this level of membership include two admission tickets to the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony & a DMPD Coffee Mug.
 
Family Membership: $200 per year, **$8.33 per pay period
Benefits of this level of membership include four admission tickets to the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony, a DMPD Coffee Mug, and a $40 credit in the Des Moines Police Foundation Merchandise Sales Display Case.
 
Master Police Officer Sponsorship Level: $500 per year, **$20.83 per pay period
Benefits of this level of sponsorship include four admission tickets to the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony, a DMPD Coffee Mug, a $40 credit in the Des Moines Police Foundation Merchandise Sales Display Case, honorable mention in all Des Moines Police Foundation formal publications, and a guided tour of the Des Moines Police Station.
 
Sergeant's List Sponsorship Level: $1,000 per year, **$41.67 per pay period
Benefits of this level of sponsorship include four admission tickets and your own private table at the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony, two DMPD Coffee Mugs, a $40 credit in the Des Moines Police Foundation Merchandise Sales Display Case, honorable mention in all Des Moines Police Foundation formal publications, a civilian ride-along with a member of the Des Moines Police Department with department approved background check, and a guided tour of the Des Moines Police Station.
 
Watch Commander Sponsorship Level: $2,500 per year, **104.17 per pay period
Benefits of this level of sponsorship include four admission tickets and your own private table with priority seating at the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony, two DMPD Coffee Mugs, a $40 credit in the Des Moines Police Foundation Merchandise Sales Display Case, honorable mention in all Des Moines Police Foundation formal publications, formal recognition by MC at all Des Moines Police Foundation Functions, a civilian ride-along with a member of the Des Moines Police Department with department approved background check, and a guided tour of the Des Moines Police Station.
 
Chief's Circle Sponsorship Level: $5,000 per year & higher
Benefits of this level of sponsorship include ten admission tickets, with a private table located with VIP guests at the Des Moines Police Foundation's Annual Awards Ceremony, two DMPD Coffee Mugs, a $40 credit in the Des Moines Police Foundation Merchandise Sales Display Case, honorable mention in all Des Moines Police Foundation formal publications, formal recognition by MC at all Des Moines Police Foundation Functions, company banner or logo hung in high traffic area of Des Moines Police Foundation Events, a civilian ride-along with a member of the Des Moines Police Department, and a guided tour of the Des Moines Police Station.
